Project Manager
The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and manage the Communities Energy Grant program.
The role involves submitting and project managing Communities Energy Grant applications and taking the lead in implementing Procore across the company's current and future projects.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our technical studies and business development teams to create a seamless client experience. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment and is committed to staying current with industry trends to drive innovation and process enhancements.
While this role is remote, candidates must be based in Ireland and possess a driver’s license, the position involves client site visits and monthly company training events.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Communities Energy Grant program, from application to project completion.
Manage energy efficiency retrofit projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Prepare financial analyses and cost estimates for projects, ensuring profitability and cost control.
Manage junior project managers, delivering training to upskill your team.
Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
Lead the implementation of Procore software across the company’s projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management or a related field.
5 years proven experience in managing energy efficiency retrofit projects.
Expertise in sustainable energy, project management, and program management.
Must me proficient in Procore software.
Exceptional leadership and proven people managment skills.
Excellent attention to detail and client management capabilities.
Proven and highly problem-solving skills with ability to develop strategies for changing project environments.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
